ABOUT Cord Cutting and energy clearing

Clearings differ from healing sessions, as their purpose is to clear the energy field of stagnant energy or negative emotional attachments to past experiences. Sometimes while we want to move on part of us is still somehow connected to the negative experience and cord-cuttings help us to return our energy to ourselves so we can have more clarity, feel lighter, and have more energy to make the changes we need in life.
When is this session recomMended
This session is very beneficial for people who:
had traumatic experiences in the past (e.g. abusive relationships)
work in a stressful environment with lots of judgment or politics and feel affected by other people they work with
want to move on from recurring patterns in relationships
grew up with a lot of expectations or judgments and want to be more free to express themselves
find it hard to set energetic boundaries and easily feel intruded
are empaths and easily absorb other people’s emotions or feelings
In essence, anyone who feels a weight that isn’t theirs and wants to free up their energy to feel lighter and more positive. Other people’s judgments or opinions are powerful and can accumulate as a weight in one’s energy field making it hard to connect to intuition, lightness, and inner guidance. Judgments and negative thoughts essentially are like a spell. So sometimes this session is also called a spell-removal.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE SESSION
In the first part of the session the practitioner will take some time to find out more about your situation and what brought you to the session. Then the cord-cutting ceremony and clearing are done standing-up. Your practitioner will be using a tool called an athame during the cord cutting which is essentially a clearing tool and the negative cords will be absorbed into an incense stick that then gets burned.
In the second part of the session you can then receive the purification by light in which the practitioner will use sage, holy water and a series of Mantras to clear your energy field and aura. Leaving your field full of light and brightness.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SESSION?
We recommend a salt-bath to support with the integration and further clearing. Then after the session clients may want to consider learning tools to maintain their energy field themselves on an ongoing basis. The classes Sacred Geometry 1 and Empower Thyself share tools that you can use on a daily basis to strenghten your field and transmute energy so that you can create a field of positivity around you that benefits everyone and supports you in daily life.
