Breath & Ground: Journey into Presence

This series offers a steady return to presence through breath, body, and attention. Each session unfolds as a gently held sequence of breathwork, guided relaxation, meditation, reflective journalling, and subtle scent work with essential oils.

The emphasis is not on stopping thought, but on learning how to relate differently to it — noticing the mind’s habitual loops without being pulled into them. Through grounding and breath, we cultivate the capacity to remain present and steady, even as thoughts, sensations, and emotions move.

The practices are simple and adaptable, supporting clarity and ease in uncertain times. No prior experience is required. Movement, rest, and stillness are all welcome.

About your facilitator:

Grace is a Max Meditation practitioner at INCENTRE, known for her calm presence and quietly compassionate approach. She has a natural ability to put people at ease, creating spaces that feel grounded, welcoming, and unforced.

Her work is informed by her certification with the Modern Mystery School, alongside a deep attentiveness to how people actually experience practice — meeting each person where they are, with warmth and clarity. Grace’s guidance emphasises steadiness over striving, and presence that feels accessible rather than idealised.
