Humanity has collectively always been on a quest to improve the lives of human beings. While different people may have divergent ideas of how to make this so, it is safe to say that most people do genuinely want to improve their lives and consequently, the lives of others. It is easy to get thrown off course by the distraction of ideologies, opinions, unhealed traumas, judgements and projections. Similarly, it is easy to buy into the doom and gloom of negativity and fall to apathy.
However, it is important to remember that humanity, despite its mistakes and failings, has over the course of its existence, created a better world. While disasters still occur, we have also had medical breakthroughs, improved sanitation in many parts of the world, greater access to education, lower mortality rates, better diets, more knowledge and the list goes on.
While it is easy to pour scorn on our fellow human beings and/or blame those that have come before us, the truth of the matter is that we are the descendants of survivors.
Over the din of the noise and the density of this world, there exists a system of purity and clarity that has remained constant, guiding humans to create, to thrive and to strive for harmony.
What is Sacred Geometry?
Sacred Geometry is the universal language of earth. It predates language and cuts across religion and/or geography. It is the blueprint of creation which has been in existence as long as there has been life on earth. Within Sacred Geometry are the building blocks of life and the very essence of our DNA.
Nature is replete with Sacred Geometry. These consist of sequences of shapes that hold the vibration of harmony for all life on Earth. From the three basic shapes of the triangle (pyramid), square (cube) and circle (sphere), patterns that contain the blueprint of life can be found and indeed virtually all the ancient symbols of healing and protection are formed from these three basic shapes.
These three basic shapes (triangle, square, cube) are the foundation of Sacred Geometry. These shapes have the power to transmute the vibration of any space. It can also heal our aura as needed. The simplicity and purity of these three shapes cut through the complexity and density of our mental and emotional processes to create an atmosphere of clarity, focus and peace.
These basic shapes also form the basis of many sacred symbols that we may have heard of such as the Spiral of Life and Metatron’s Cube.
The Spiral of Life
The spiral is one of the oldest geometric shapes found in the ancient world. The Spiral is also found throughout nature such as in the path of draining water, in the eye of a hurricane, in the structure of a snail's shell, a pine cone, or the whorl of our fingerprints. The Spiral is in the tusk of a narwhal and is even within our very DNA as the double helix. Indeed, it winds through the very heart of our galaxy. Given its prolific occurrence in the natural world, it is no wonder that the Spiral has been called the Spiral of Life for it exists wherever life exists.
Such is the Spiral’s prominence that it has been replicated in architecture such as the shape of the Dean's Staircase in St Paul's Cathedral, the exterior and interior of the Guggenheim Museum in New York.
In the practice of Kundalini yoga, the spiral plays a fundamental role. "Kundal" is the Sanskrit word for spiral or coil, symbolising a serpent of energy that coils up through the chakras. In the healing arts, the spiral represents connectivity to the divine, denoting transformation.
Full of power and symbolism it is no wonder that the Spiral of Life is found in many famous sacred spaces ranging from the Vatican to ancient Egyptian temples.
Metatron’s Cube
Metatron is the Archangel that oversees the progression and evolution of humanity – a bridge between humans and the divine. Metatron’s cube contains all the geometric shapes in God’s creation and represents all the patterns that make up everything within God’s creation.
Archangel Metatron is closely connected with the Tree of Life in Kabbalah where he sends creative energy down from the top of the tree to all other parts of creation.
Metatron's Cube is a sacred geometric figure made up of 13 circles. Each of their with their centres are connected by straight lines and contains all five Platonic solids: the tetrahedron, cube (hexahedron), octahedron, dodecahedron, and icosahedron. These solids are said to represent the basic building blocks of the universe.
Why is Sacred Geometry important and how does it help us
Symbols such as the ones derived from Sacred Geometry are sacred because they transcend human emotions, opinions or feelings. They are pure and cut away the density of the human ego. Sacred Geometry reminds us that universal law is without judgment. It also symbolises that we are all part of a whole and that is all of us or none of us. In other words, separation is an illusion. It is pure in its neutrality. It is the perception of these neutralities that dictates what is manifested into the physical.
Given that all of life is creation, the energy of creation is a potent and crucial force that sustains life on Earth. Harnessing the creative power of Sacred Geometry is a powerful ingredient to manifestation in the physical through a connection with the divine. In other words, the bringing of the divine into physical manifestation.
There are many ways to work with Sacred Geometry but here are some examples.
These shapes and symbols can be worn on our person as a means by which to bring in the energies we seek to bring through, work with and embody. They can be commonly found in jewellery such as necklaces, or in amulets that we physically carry. Some traditions also utilise the use of tattoos.
Another way in which we can connect with the energies that these shapes imbue is through the creation of Sacred Geometry grids. Through the creation of such grids, the spaces that we work and live in can provide clarity, a sense of purpose, inspiration, safety and peace.
Through ritual work and the basic shapes, these grids can lift the vibration of any space you inhabit, by activating and transforming it into a holy sanctuary that will serve as a container of light, blocking out any negativity or energies that are not in your highest good. It will also create a space where you can have clearer downloads from your guides and your higher selves by weeding out the energies that block you from such divine and pure connections.
By activating the space, we can create a temple space where the divine energies are invited in to strengthen virtually every aspect of our lives. Through the impartation of this ancient system of holy symbols and working with it, you can heal your own energy field while also expanding your consciousness to new realities of Light and Love.
You can also draw and colour in Mandalas. Meaning “circle” in Sanskrit, the repetitive patterns create a meditative state of flow, allowing us to get out of “mind chatter” so as to create space for insight, inspiration and connection with our higher wisdom.
Sacred Geometry III
In the Mystery School traditions, working with Sacred Geometry is part of the path of progression. The study of Sacred Geometry is an expansive one and it can take many years to truly harness its full potential. Even then, there is always more to learn, discover and work with. Progression never stops.
The Modern Mystery School has a powerful set of classes in the divine designs of the Universe. The Sacred Geometry Series is a progressive training system that personally empowers you, while providing tools to support yourself and serve others in the Light with profound healing and activation modalities.

In the Modern Mystery School, there are currently 7 levels of Sacred Geometry classes. At each level, students are handed down different rituals and teachings to work with and co create with Sacred Geometry.
While Sacred Geometry I and II work largely with creating a sacred space or container for healing and protection, Sacred Geometry III ramps this all up by imparting the rituals and teachings that allow us to work with all 7 layers of our aura.
The Aura functions as a safeguard encircling the body, constituting an electromagnetic field that encompasses our life force energy. A natural progression of Sacred Geometry II & III, is Sacred Geometry IV. The Sacred Geometry IV class hands down 3 new methods of protecting and sealing space. Differing from the Holy Temple handed down in Sacred Geometry I, these methods are meant to create living temples, whereby higher beings can be invited to be a part of your holy space. The creation of these living temples keeps vibrations consistently high in your home. It would be like consistently living in divinity.
